A New Business Prospect for Our Young Generation: The Business Case for Video Game Development Presented by Entrepreneur and Small Business Committee on August 28

Dr. Jose Rueda, Professor of Interactive Design and Game Development at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Hong Kong delved into the video game industry describing the history, key figures and drivers, government strategic initiatives from around the world. He then presented the business and practical applications of video games in our everyday lives. Gary Mar, Alberta’s Representative in Asia led the Q & A Session with the game developers from SCAD. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our Special Guest of the evening, Honourable Victor Oh, Senator of Canada for joining us and taking part in the lively discussions.
